• Supervised 150+ subcontractors on the completion of a 311-unit hotel. • Managed the guestroom finish trades completion schedule. Updated the schedule weekly to be dispersed at subcontractor coordination meetings. • Ordered appliances for just in time delivery to each guestroom. Forecasted guestroom readiness by constantly tracking unit completion with finish trades completion schedule.• Performed quality control inspections to formulate punch lists for interior finish trades. Vetted lists for completion and followed up with subcontractors to ensure completion in a timely manner.• Orchestrated trade coordination through daily interior finish trade meetings to confirm each subcontractor’s plan for the day was consistent with the critical path.• Assisted with contracted buyout by contacting subcontractors and writing scopes of work while applying lessons learned from previous projects.• Compiled and processed Owner Change Orders. Ensured the change order received necessary approval before execution.• Reviewed submittals before sending to the Architect for approval. Verified that they were compliant with the project specifications and communicated with the subcontractors when additional information was needed.• Organized closeout documents including Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Warranties, Test Reports, etc. to turnover to the Owner upon completion of the building.
