Barri knows her stuff! She can write! She can speak! She can teach! She can inspire! Barri is enthusiastic and passionate about her books and characters, and this enthusiasm comes shining through in her conference talks, novels, and in her day-to-day interactions with other writers and readers. If you want a great presentation, hire Barri. If you want to talk one-on-one about writing, she will do that with you. She is always learning and striving and willing to share with others. I can't say enough good things about Barri. I've been in a critique group with her, watched her as she published her books, attended her conference sessions, and served with her on the Missouri Writers Guild board.

Barri is one of my most favorite people. She has a passion for writing and she is one of the most creative and compelling story tellers I've ever come across. You'll be hooked if you get the privilege to read one of her novels. They're awesome !
