She was instrumental in spearheading a 'How to Communicate During a crisis" session for the DelMarVa Safety Association with the DE Dept of Natural Resources as it relates to chemical releases. I still get positive feedback about that session today and the course was offered almost 9 years ago. This is a testament to presentation skills and the technical content that folks can still recall the session. It was a pleasure to have worked with Tita and I am confident that she can make a marked difference in any organizations public relations process.
