One of my favourite parts of working at Venture for Canada was this sense of hustle. I pride myself on working both hard and smart, and Sue embodied those same values so well. She was constantly wrangling a dozen moving pieces, and despite that, she did it all with a smile and incredible resolve. We didn't spend much time together, but she never dropped a ball around me. Terribly impressive person and I'm so grateful to have worked with her for the short time we did.

Sue has been an exceptional manager, mentor, and cheerleader. I felt supported and heard, and never micromanaged. Sue is motivational, witty, and so very talented at her work. She'll give 110% to get the job done, and yet always has time for her direct reports - I wholeheartedly enjoyed my time at VFC with her.
