I have had the sincere pleasure of working with James on his team as a sales engineer and later as his manager. While I thoroughly enjoyed working with James as a colleague, it was as his manager I was truly impressed. James is a thorough and exceptionally prepared sales professional. While James continually produced outstanding results, his work with clients was exemplary. His methodology for asking questions moved us from a vendor to a strategic collaborator as his customers appreciated his acumen on how we could help their business. And James truly shined in the customer service aspect of a relationship, even in the most challenging circumstances.
