Gabe Estill is a tremendous higher education administrator and teacher. He has a breadth of experience at strong institutions in and around the Chicago metropolitan area. Gabe was the Director of Academic Assessment when I was the Assistant Dean of Career Programs at Moraine Valley Community College. I found his capacity for developing strong relationships among faculty and fellow administrators to be impressive. He had a great sense of humor and an easy way about him that made him approachable to a diverse range of stakeholders. Gabe understands academic assessment and had a way of getting people onboard, not only to check a box, but to integrate meaningful strategies to improve courses and curriculum. Gabe is focused on students and their success. His ability to connect with students and faculty from diverse backgrounds has served him well throughout his career. Perhaps Gabe's greatest asset is his intellect. Gabe is whip smart and is often the first person to identify a pattern where others may only see chaos. If you are interested in talking to me personally regarding a specific opportunity for Gabe, feel free to message me directly as I am happy to share greater detail and set up a time to chat if needed.

It was a pleasure working with Gabe at Wright College. He was a supportive leader and creative problem solver. I appreciated his expertise in curriculum development and higher education adminstration. Lastly, he has a good sense of humor and calm demeanor in stressful situations.
