Throughout 2016, M&S have undergone significant structural and operational changes, which presents challenges within the business itself that typically bleed in to the partner and vendor relationships. Fortunately, Dave has a firm handle on the operational projects and BAU activities, which greatly helps me working as a vendor, since he's able to provide me the information I need quickly, and put me in touch with the right people. This has greatly helped maintain stability with the wider supplier/vendor relationship. Dave is very personable and pragmatic, which makes him a pleasure to work with!
