Samen zetten de boardleden zich in voor het vernieuwen, verduurzamen en versterken van de Zuid-Hollandse economie en het vestigingsklimaat in onze regio. 21% van het bruto nationaal product van Nederland wordt in onze provincie verdiend. Wat in onze regio gebeurt, heeft nationale en zelfs Europese impact. Ook zijn in onze regio complexe transitiedossiers zoals bijvoorbeeld op het thema energie. Wij mobiliseren netwerkkracht, denkkracht en lobbykracht voor en door alle sectoren en op basis van de Groeiagenda Zuid-Holland. De board is dé plek waar bestuurlijke boegbeelden vanuit alle relevante publieke en private netwerken in Zuid-Holland het structurele gesprek voeren en werken aan duurzame groei en een goed vestigingsklimaat. Binnen de EBZ ben ik secretaris van de taskforces: energietransitie, digitale economie en circulair, werk ik aan high impact projecten en ondersteun ik de algemene board. Show less
