A hybrid Marketing Management / Sales Executive role, I oversaw the Grand Ridge Portfolio of brands (Grand Ridge Brewery, West City Brewing & Twisted Sister Cider). Managing all marketing and communications activities, reporting directly to the owner/managing director. I achieved this while managing the dynamic Melbourne CBD/Inner City sales territory. As Marketing Manager I developed and executed the company wide Marketing Plan, working closely with our owner to achieve specific re-positioning goals. This plan saw a full brand refresh, new product and brand launches an extensive event marketing schedule. I was responsible for coordinating the execution of our marketing plan working closely with our sales managers, design teams, marketing agencies and distributors. As a Sales Executives I used my proven skills to build and manage a sales territory within the Melbourne Inner-City, with a focus on building long term relationships with distributors. Starting from nothing I built a sales territory with several hundred active accounts. The role forced me to develop acute problem solving skills.
