Anna Renzetti is a force to be reckoned with! No matter what task, you can just wind her up and let her go. You can do this confidently with the knowledge that anything she undertakes will be thoroughly completed in a timely manner and above and beyond expectations. Not only does her work ethic speak for itself, but she is also the type of person that you want to be around. Her dynamic personality and positive energy grabs your attention from the first time you meet her. She has the natural ability to connect with anyone she meets and a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion. At Northwestern Mutual, Anna was involved in many company ventures- including the NM Utah 2022 President for the Diversity & Inclusion Council. Anna is not shy about her passions and would be a wonderful addition to any company culture. Anna's presence, education and experience is especially demonstrated when she is involved in growth and development. During the time I had the pleasure of working with Anna, she undertook several projects and facilitated many meetings and developmental trainings. She truly shines when she is presenting and developing the minds of young adults. Anna is also extremely detail-oriented and I always counted on her to proof-read and edit anything important before submitting. She possesses the rare quality of integrity; I trust Anna as a colleague and as a person.

Anna is continuously an innovating leader who analyzes creative outlets to challenge traditional modes of work, and makes them better. Her communication style is an asset to any team as it produces companionship, creativity, and group moral. Anna incorporates her critical understanding of identities and inclusivity to ensure that all voices and perspectives are being accounted for. Anna fosters an environment for others to play on their strengths and increase positive productivity to reach any goal. Most importantly, Anna nurtured light in most work settings which has the power to boost company moral and make any difficult tasks seem more feasible. Her encouragement and energy is rare and needed in spaces for productivity.
