      The following were my responsibilities for my senior project at Drexel University. The project was a four-minute fully animated retelling of Hades and Persephone, titled 'Lovebound'. Primary duties include:- Acting as team lead to four other animation students, a screenwriter, a voice actor, and a composer - Character modeler- Character rigger- Animator- Cloth simmerTeam Lead- acted as liaison between my team and our advisors- created team goals and scheduled deadlines to hit these goals- maintained shot progress sheet and updated weekly task sheet - communicated with our screenwriter, voice actor, and composer about any changes or updates- conducted and documented research into the best methods to add to our workflow, such as streamlining setup for using the renderfarm, working between Maya and Clo most efficiently, and creating and customizing rigs based on what would be needed of them- worked with one other team member to create cohesive file structure used for the duration of our projectCharacter Modeling & Rigging- created four unique character models within Maya: Persephone, Hades, Demeter, and Zeus- fully rigged each character's body and face tailored to what would be needed during production- performed maintenance on the rigs as problems were reported or for general ease of use- modeled and rigged the petal seen throughout the intro of the short filmAnimator- created animation for roughly 1/3 of the production- assisted in creating reference footage used in animating- worked on both body and facial animations as well as petal animation during the introCloth Simulating- used animations exported from Maya to create cloth simulations inside of Clo for each character- worked with one other team member to create all cloth simulations - established the most efficient workflow for working cross-platformFinal short film can be viewed in the link included.
