The overall goal of this role is to increase the company's insight into their data so that team leaders can make more informed business decisions as well as help prove the company's value to third party clients. In addition to this, Resident Assistants meet weekly with the Coordinator for Residential Education to brainstorm ideas on how to improve the living of those in the community.
