I have worked with Mark for 2 1/2 years and know him to be a dedicated, highly capable applications development leader. Mark is a good leader and his team members enjoy working for him. He helps his team members with professional development and career path objectives and receives high engagement scores from annual surveys. Mark is exceptional at managing customer/business partner relationships. He builds a strong relationship with each business partner and earns their trust. Mark is also a innovative problem solver and solutions provider.
