The project is comprised of a seven story & a five story tower providing 119 one-bedroom and two-bedroom affordable living apartments for seniors with associated amenities. • Mosaico - Miami, FL - Project Architect & BIM coordination for this 13-story senior friendly apartment tower. The residential tower provides 286 one bedroom and studio affordable living apartments for seniors, associated amenities, 4 senior friendly liner townhouses and an attached parking deck. • Empathicare Village - Miami, FL - Project Architect & BIM coordination for this one-of-a-kind memory care residence. The person centered features include art therapy, water features, a chapel, a common house, brain gym, and physical fitness areas. • Bethany Lutheran Village - Crescent Crossing - Project Architect & BIM coordination for this highly complex assisted living facility that ties into three existing buildings, and multiple floor levels. Features include a Chapel, dining, movie theatre, and fitness room. Large windows, kitchenettes & bedrooms are provided for 74 residents. 92,750 SF and $25 Million • Altenheim Short Term Rehab & Memory Care Additions - Project Architect & BIM coordination for these two buildings. STR consists of a one-story Wellness/ Rehab Center and 32 bed Short Term Rehab Household. The MC consists of a two story 38 bed residence, arranged in households, each with their own living room, porch or four-season room and access to a residential household kitchen and multiple dining rooms. • The Seasons @ Alexandria - Project Architect & BIM coordination for this 78,000 SF senior living community. The first Senior Living Project to use the Integrated Project Delivery Method. This delivered a fully coordinated model by using cloud technology.

• North East Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) Tunnel Dewatering Pump Station (TDPS) - Project Architect – The TDPS is a 160 MGD facility being designed to dewater the Euclid Creek and Dugway CSO storage tunnels. The tunnels are to control CSO overflows in the NEORSD’s Easterly WWTC service area. Mrs. Alley provided architectural design of the TDPS as well as the Screenings building in 3D BIM software. • CMSD Dunbar School - Mrs. Alley was a Project Architect and responsible for design and documentation of a new 64,000 sf, K-8 School Facility. This project is attempting LEED Silver Certification. • CMSD Orchard School of Science - Mrs. Alley was a Project Architect and responsible for design and documentation of a new 64,000 sf, K-8 School Facility. This project is attempting LEED Silver Certification. • Fremont Water Pollution Control Center - Mrs. Alley was the architect for new Administration and Maintenance Building, and pump buildings as part of the new 24MGD wastewater process improvements at the facility.

• Cuyahoga Community College, Brunswick Higher Education Center, Brunswick, Ohio – Mrs. Alley was a Project Architect on this 30,000 sf adult education facility. She was responsible for the full implementation of Revit 3D BIM on this project. This project was Certified LEED Silver • Progressive Insurance Concierge Center – Mrs. Alley provided architectural support for this ongoing program of more than 50 centers nationwide. She was responsible for design, construction documents, coordination with engineers and consultants and frequent client meetings. She was responsible for introducing Revit 3D BIM modeling into the program • CMSD, Harvey Rice K-8, Cleveland, Ohio. Mrs. Alley was an Associate Architect on this 64,000 sf new school. She provided drafting, detailing, designing, and coordination with engineers and consultants from conception through construction documents with Revit 3D BIM.
