He has love and passion for the field of Communications. I think Dr. Wrench is a models and mentors in his profession to his students and his colleagues. Designed and taught various courses related to organizational communication including Instructional Training and Development, Communication and Leadership, Corporate Communications, and Organizational Communication. Responsible for self-directing personal research agenda related to organizational communication, which led to various publications. Also was an active member of the university’s Institutional Review Board and helped oversee campus compliance with federal guidelines related to research ethics using human subjects. * Designed three new courses for the department’s curriculum. * Revised departmental curriculum for additional four courses. * Conducted over 25 quantitative research projects with undergraduates. * Reviewed over 20 human subjects research proposals. * Integrated Web 2.0 components into various aspects of the department.
