Negotiated multi-level buy in enabling all stakeholders to contribute to the collective whilst achieving their individual goals. • Mediated political alliances with NGOs, Government agencies and emergency services to maximize impact of international social justice issues. • 500 community events. More Than Gold 2104 was the largest Christian community response to a Commonwealth Games to date. • Delivered entire project with a 35% saving on budget, innovating new paradigm of funding through global sponsorships generating £200,000 additional income. • Media spokesperson, positively and proactively promoting at over 150 events including opening address at Scottish Parliament. • Implemented a ‘drop down’ talent identification and development and mentoring programme.
