The factory started score equal 1.5 kWh/kg in 2009 and we set KPI by the world benchmark goal is 1.3 kWh/kg, until in 2012 SEC is lower than 1.2 kWh/kg. The project increase energy efficiency such as increase chiller temperature in production process and adjust matching flow rate with replace chiller from piston type to screw type from 2 of 80 TON in to new 1 of 150 TON, replace LED lighting and replace the roof to use natural light on some area, improve machine by servo motor control, infrared heater with self-design insulator and process adjustment.
