Address user questions, aggregates and prioritizes user feedback, and plans and works with the IT department to implement Salesforce enhancements based on personal expertise, user feedback and organizational goals. Participates in cross-functional teams that address issues involving Salesforce and business operations, acts in a consultative capacity to ensure Salesforce optimization. Identifies and researches unused or underutilized platform features and works with IT to implement new functionality. Document and train staff on system best practices and processes. Assists in training of new users, and grows the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization. Owns the communication, deployment and training related to platform changes, new features to end users and stakeholders. Works closely with the IT development and systems team as a key contributor and subject matter expert on projects intended to improve Salesforce user experience and operational functionality. Analyzes data regarding sales performance, marketing activity and company trends. Monitor and report on progress (close rate, etc.). Designs, develops, and maintains ongoing reports, analysis, and dashboards on the key drivers of our business through the Salesforce system. Works with Salesforce users to determine reporting requirements and create custom reports and ad-hoc queries of varying complexity within the platform. Monitors CRM database through routine audits to ensure that CRM data is complete and accurate while working with Sales leadership to ensure goals and standards are met. Recommends strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; and anticipating requirements. Works with Sales Management to implement.
