      Address user questions, aggregates and prioritizes user feedback, and plans and works with the IT department to implement Salesforce enhancements based on personal expertise, user feedback and organizational goals. Monitors CRM database through routine audits to ensure that CRM data is complete and accurate while working with Sales leadership to ensure goals and standards are met.
