For several years Ray was the local distribution contact for many of the lines that I represent. We had a fantastic working relationship, and were able to develop and maintain several major accounts in the territory. Ray has a very broad knowledge base, and the ability to learn quickly. I would highly recommend Ray to anyone looking for a Senior Sales Manager, Technical Sales Person, Field Applications Engineer, Etc...... Aside from the base of knowledge Ray has a tenacious dedication to getting the job done, and done right.

Ray is exceptionally well-versed in the art of business-relationship building and strategies for product development and commercialization. He is very detail-focused when it comes to market analysis and opportunity vetting, and brings the depth and rigor that is necessary to ensure informed executive-level decisions on these issues. Furthermore, Ray has an engaging and effective interpersonal style that leads to natural relationship building - both within and outside of the organization. His leadership in these areas was critical to bringing new business clients to CTD, and to developing these clients into relationships with lucrative business potential.
