Steve is a talented database solution architect and software engineer at Globys. Sharing his database skill set, I am keenly aware of his database and SQL abilities. Steve reliably turns out high-quality SQL and C# projects. Steve is a pleasure to work with and a solid team player. Any company would be fortunate to have Steve on their team.

Joel McConaughy

I had the pleasure of working directly with Steve at Boeing where he lead the effort to convert an ad hoc collection of databases and ETL processes into a consistent data warehouse used by the entire 787 production team. He has strong leadership skills which he used to successfully coach a team with varied levels of experience on the importance of standards and training and demonstrated expert knowledge of SQL Server by operating as our Database Architect and Administrator. Very professional and personable -- I am delighted to recommend him unconditionally.
