  Main duties: define the activities to be performed and the resources necessary to ensure the quality of services in compliance with the project's schedule; define and agree with the other disciplines involved the rules and standards to be applied to projects to develop the PIDs; ensuring the completeness and consistency of the technical content of the PIDs; ensuring coordination with other corporate functions and/or third parties to achieve the project objectives; provides the technical assistance requested by the project manager and the coordinators of the other functions; ensuring the completeness and consistency of the technical contents for the line list: paying particular attention to the classification and numbering of the lines and process design/operative/alternatives condition; bring to the attention of the process manager any changes required to improve/optimize plant functionality and the operations of construction and start-up; identification and resolution of conflicts that may arise between reviews of the various disciplines involved; Attend PID review meetings and 3D model review; perform PID check directly on site; contribute to the development of staff assigned. Secondary activities: Coordinate the drafting activities with the process interface to develop of Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Material Selection Diagram (MSD), Process Safety Diagrams (PSD) and Design Pressure/Temperature Diagram (DP/DT) (all these activities are developed with strong cooperation with the process department).
