Donna Ancypa Holmes

Jessica has proved a tremendous asset to Oberlin in a very short time; she shows creativity in her approach to fundraising, and excellent judgement working with student staff and donors. She's unafraid to tackle large projects, and is comfortable working with the complex software we use to run our phoning program and store donor information. She asks the right questions, a skill many people with more experience haven't mastered. Jessica is a pleasure to work with; I would hire her again in a second.

Jessica is a creative worker with excellent ideas and the energy to see them through to completion. She is both professional and collaborative showing the ability to work independently and with a team.
