At Exponent I am a project manager of small, medium, and large user research studies addressing health and safety and user experience concerns for Fortune 500 companies. As an effective project manager, I strive to assist my clients in developing product-related strategies while overseeing technically and logistically complex engagements aimed at achieving mission-critical goals. These duties include proposal and budget creation, experimental design, quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, and reporting out of findings and considerations for clients. Concurrent to managing proactive, research- and development-focused engagements, I manage numerous civil litigation support cases for expert testifiers in the areas of premise liability, driver behavior, and product liability. These litigation support duties include communicating budgets to clients, reviewing legal documents/filings, developing case strategy, and authoring of reports for submission to the courts.
