I can honestly say that he has been one of the most competent and all round enjoyable software engineers to work with in my career, and rapidly out-grew his position in my team to be promoted to Live Systems Lead. He is an excellent scrum master, software engineer and C++ programmer, and with his mathematical background, was also able to turn his hand to solving complex algorithmic problems for the computer vision research team when required. He is super fast at picking up new skills and technologies with a great level of focus on whatever goal he is asked to achieve.
