This year I had an excellent opportunity to have Barb as my field placement supervisor. All my field placement time, I felt comfortable, without tension or difficulties, because Barb created such a positive atmosphere for learning, communication, and interaction. I am very thankful to Barb for her professional approach, based on a strengths-based perspective and motivation to succeed! I learned from Barb because she is a professional, knowledgeable and supportive supervisor. Her valuable feedbacks were significantly helpful for me. Barb is a fantastic supervisor! I am grateful I had the opportunity to learn from her!

Barb was a fantastic supervisor and leader. She was part of an organization that was going through much change and growth and she handled it with humour and positivity everyday. Barb hired me and was a constant, unwavering support as I navigated my new role. I enjoyed working with Barb and reporting to her, she has wealth of knowledge and was always willing to share her knowledge to help others grow. Barb was not only my supervisor, she was always understanding, kind, generous and very giving of praise and respect. She showed utmost confidence in myself and all her staff which made for a healthy work environment. I would love to work with Barb again.
