It was truly a pleasure working with Daniel Wale. Daniel is a results oriented manager who is trusted and respected from the top of the organization chart to the bottom. He is a highly effective communicator who excels in the art of persuasion, but perhaps more important, he's a great listener. Daniel is one of the few people where you can say, he's the first in and last out of the office most days. He's an outstanding leader, and when it comes to sales, you can be confident that he's going to put his head down and get the job done regardless of any obstacles that might arise. I could not give anyone a higher recommendation.

Daniel is an outstanding manager, colleague, and teammate who leads by example and inspires those around him to elevate their games. He does an excellent job of finding the balance between compassion and patience on the one hand, and accountability and demand for excellence on the other. He is the first to raise his hand as challenging projects arise and is truly passionate about the art of sales and sales leadership. Daniel always digs deep into the data and allows that data to inform his decisions, most often affirming his strong business instincts. He is confident, assured, determined, and is an overall pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him.

With the purpose of launching one local and two remote markets, negotiated the porting of sales and distribution teams consisting of 9 direct reports immediately following the closure of Employment Source Newspapers. With full P&L and operational responsibilities, successfully transitioned operations into a new operating culture and profitably operated markets in Indianapolis, Chicago and Denver. Center to success was retaining customers, creating a strong value proposition to and re-branding operations with new platforms designed to maximize each transaction along with overall advertiser spending.
