  At Martinez & Ruby, I have represented hundreds of clients accused of committing crimes. I handle a wide variety of cases with charges ranging in severity from disorderly conduct, drunk driving, and drug possession, to domestic violence, sexual assault, and homicide. I have had evidence suppressed, a significant number of cases dismissed (colloquially known as "thrown out"), and have won acquittals for clients after jury trials. Two of my more recent jury trials resulted in full acquittals in cases involving charges of first-degree intentional homicide and first-degree sexual assault of a child, two of the most serious crimes under Wisconsin law.
