Key achievements include delivering £800k (revenue) worth of sales from leads and £5m (revenue) of pipeline at point of leaving, from a base of no tracking, brand awareness or activation. Primary focus on LinkedIn awareness growth saw followers increase by 300% in 16 months and website views up exponentially (from a low base) through a mixture of social media, digital ads, PR SEO and event presence. Working with our chosen PR agency, within 6 months e2e had exceeded a close competitors' share of voice, with the CEO becoming a more prominent member of the cyber security industry, supporting awareness and credibility. Internal move on a secondment to gain further commercial experience as Senior Category Manager for Client Hardware (laptops, desktops, tablets, Audio Visual). All of this was achieved with a team roughly 50% the size of the previous year and key positions in supply chain made redundant in this time, being taken on in my team with limited prior experience.- Set up FY21 to succeed, with the first 2 months seeing 341% YoY growth and delivering the same amount of revenue RM would expect to see in the whole of H1.- Showed incredible flexibility and capacity to learn in moving to a senior position with no direct previous experience in both the role and in managing 2 direct reports and 4 indirect reports (across the UK and India).- Engaging and negotiating with industry partners and distributors such as HP, Microsoft, Google, Intel, AMD, Lenovo, Dell, Exertis and Westcoast. - Creatively negotiating with key partners to ensure stock was available in a period when global demand outstripped supply by 10:1. Lead on a number of notable deals to help improve customer satisfaction, revenue and margin, without damaging relationships with key suppliers.- Forecasting sales internally and to partners to drive stock purchase in line with targets, stock availability and delivery dates.- Benchmarking the product set to align pricing to market rate, maximising profitability.- Liaising with marketing and sales to drive revenue at the right margin.
