I worked with Jadranka for a couple of years. She was very dependable and the 'go to' person for my group in her area. She always made certain that all open issues were clearly communicated to the appropriate person in our group on a timely basis (there were hourly deadlines daily) and each issue (and there were many of them due to the legacy system we used) that got resolved in her group always, always ended with a personal thank you from her irregardless of how mundane they were. These was always appreciated by the myself and music to the the ears of the help desk and the production staff!
