During the time I worked with Lars I was so honored to witness his student mentality and passion for marketing and branding further develop into something far beyond what I believe either of us expected. When I joined Protis Global (and brands), there were no proper strategies, processes, workflows, or general implementations in place for the Marketing Department - Lars accepted the support I needed (which was a very heavy lift for one person to help with) and worked closely with me to understand the whys, the technical aspects, and learn new skills, and turned all of that into this incredible passion for brand and all that falls under it — From photography and media to graphic design, to content writing, and more. I am extremely impressed by and grateful for his grit, determination, and teammate mentality.
