  I was chartered to manage the largest operating branch office for the Agency - Delhi. Working with some of the largest spenders in Indian advertising, was responsible for the relationship, quality of work, talent and most importantly the proactiveness in this reactive world. Besides the above, I was responsible for the P&L for the office, therefore accountable for all deliveries (top-line and bottom-line). We witnessed a 65% growth in top-line during my tenure. I was chartered to manage the largest operating branch office for the Agency - Delhi. Having set the APAC standards, my role was expanded to handle more relationships for the office & build some new ones too. We led the APAC pitch for AVIVA Life Insurance business out of Delhi and won the business for APAC Region and was handled out of my business unit from Delhi.   Responsible to lead the Perfetti business (confectionary) in McCann, we launched Alpenliebe, Big Babol, Cofitos, happy dent and Chlor mint brands under the Perfetti portfolio. Winning many creative accolades for the work done, we saw the success of each brand launched. I was then charged with new business development as well. We added Rs. 40 million revenue to my group (USD 1.2 mn).
