1. To source, recruit and retain all-star crew on board all Rascal Voyages yachts. Additionally, assist develop and implementing systems and processes to improve efficiency and enable smooth HR operations. 2. Monitor the validity and legitimacy of the certificate and crew's documents before onboard sailing and also while sailing. 3. Support crew operations such as for purchasing flight ticket, hotel, reimbursement and food allowance to ensure smooth operations on board all yachts. 4. Calculate the crew's salary and liaise with the payroll officer regarding crew salaries. 5. Maintain crew records about the crew evaluation, directly involved in making warning letters, and also dismissal crews. 6. Prepare time for crew(s) to do Medical Examination. 7. 1. Lead & Manage 150 crew on board for 3 sets of Tug Boat and 7 Cranes Barges and 2 Anchor Boat. 2. Recruit and arrange crew Sign On/Off, Rotation and Replacement crew 3. Control cost for food allowance, overtime, timesheet and support overall crew logistics 4. Making reports of crewing and recruitment activities to the fleet manager (totals of crews recruited and resigned in one month, how many the vessel in the site project dan how to plan for next month) 5. Directly involved in crew-related issues and report them to the fleet manager with dismissal or disciplinary action 6.
