      Osceola Medical Center has a relatively small IT department. This means i am able to take on an abnormally wide range of tasks larger IT departments tend to have people specialize in. This includes supporting all employees with any problems they may encounter.I support a variety of systems and end user devices throughout the facility. This includes:HP Switches,Sonicwall firewalls and routers,Dell servers,VMware ESXi virtual server environment,Shoretel VOIP systems,Meru wireless controllers and AP's,Ascom wireless VOIP phones,CPSI electronic medical records system,All versions of Windows and Windows Server,Imprivata OneSign Single Sign-On,Backup Exec,S2 door access security servers,Pelco video security servers,Desktops, Laptops, Printer/Copier/Scanner/Fax,and many more! (this list keeps growing!)I maintain our intranet and company websites using Dreamweaver and Joomla.I am also the first line of troubleshooting prior to calling in specialty support for a variety of systems and devices throughout the facility not normally supported by conventional IT departments.
