During my time in Ireland, Ben impressed me with his ability to put his head down and work unsupervised without complaint about frequent changes. What really pleased me was when I showed him how to do some chassis wiring. This was a job that I didn't think was something he would be doing for a small prototype run we were making. He watched me make the assembly once, then he assumed the job himself. I don't think he made a mistake or even bothered me with more questions about it. He just did it.
