As a Senior Project Manager responsible for the implementation of Infection Surveillance application within PMO and more recently within Professional Services. Leading a highly skilled implementation team consisting of both clinical and technical SMEs in the delivery and implementation of Infection Surveillance application. Due to the high clinical and technical prerequisites (coupled with historical work effort overages) experienced by the implementation team, I conducted a review of the entire implementation process and provided management with areas of improvements/recommendations for Sales cycle & implementation process/workflow that focused on:• breakdown of all implementation tasks to provide better estimation on overall implementation imitative• more streamlined approach to implementation• Instigate more monitoring of project resource consumption to avoid overages• Create documentation that better communicates the implementation activities required so the client is well prepared • Working closely with team SMEs in identifying aspects of implementation that are likely to exceed work estimates or are out of scope or more complex than once estimated• Coordinate activities with our resources in Australia to assist with local workload
