Andrea is everything a sales department head needs. Honest, Truthful and never afraid to speak, she was an essential asset to our sales team at Curse. From a ragtag group of about 3 people when I took over the team, to a global sales organization of over 27 people, Andrea was there from the beginning helping to sculpt policy, pricing and talent over our years together. It was never easy, but Andrea was always a strong advocate day in and day out. She managed our inside sales team as well as helped me police our outside sales force and liaise with not just ad operations, but finance, content and dev. She's someone you can trust to put the team/company ahead of herself and to give you the feedback you need to hear.

Andrea is a compassionate leader and with a natural gift for building strong working relationships with her team members. I worked with Andrea on countless influencer marketing campaigns in a troubleshooting capacity and she always came to the table with creative & strategic solutions for smooth execution.

I help manage the Studio Crew team - the team of volunteers that work the front desk of the studio, along with manage all studio operations of Hipline with the management team. I am responsible for the hiring, on-boarding, training, and development of front desk staff (approx. 35 crew members annually). My main responsibilities are to build and foster relationships with the community, instructors, and staff of Hipline, a space for dance, fitness, movement, and creativity, which offers 30 classes a week. I also created the current hybrid model of in-person, live-streamed classes, and created all new protocols for both staff and clients. Show less
