Lars havde herigennem ansvaret for at udvikle og pleje relationerne til AF, Kommuner og andre offentlige instanser, der havde med ledige og arbejdssøgende at gøre. Lars havde endvidere ansvaret for at screene ansøgere til vores opkvalificeringskurser, lave handlingsplaner til disse sørge for, at de kom i permanent arbejde efterfølgende. Lars udførte sit job meget tilfredsstillende. Han var meget punktlig og struktureret i sin tilgang til opgaven og formåede samtidig altid at føre en god tone på arbejdspladsen og skabe et godt arbejdsmiljø i sin afdeling.
