      When Oticon Medical sponsors an international congress I am co-responsible for the overall planning. I am responsible for all details concerning the group of externals and internals attending (which mostly consist of 75-100 people) and I am responsible for the dinner event that we host. I am to ensure that all details are taken care of for the whole group i.e. accommodations, registrations etc. Moreover, I assistent the booth builder, I see to the dismantling of it too and I help the sales reps during the congress at the booth. To mention a few preparation tasks I create the sign-up page (in Conference Manager or NemTilmeld), I book flights for KOLs, I search and select suitable dinner locations and I coordinate the shuttles with the local transport companies. Additionally, I am co-responsible for our internal launches with over 100 international participants and for the planning of our annual marketing department meeting with 30 colleagues attending. I am responsible for the development of new merchandise for keeping our SharePoint site updated and I am responsible for the events and congress-related details too such as nametags, name cards, guide books, welcome letters, logistics as well as choice and booking of restaurants. In addition, I am also responsible for keeping our storage updated and lean at an adequate level. I am responsible for linking our sister companies and/or our distributors with the graphical department to ensure uniformity and a high quality of all printed materials for booths and/or exhibitions in our local markets.
