Roles and Responsibilities: -Hiring for IT and Non- IT profiles. -Recruited Java Developers previously. -Previously hired for Non- IT profiles like Key Account Managers, Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, Talent Acquisition, Copywriters, and Resource Managers. - Currently hiring for QA(Manual and Automation) and SDET. -Sourcing profiles through various platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Referrals, etc. -Interacting with department heads to understand different job roles and fulfill their hiring needs. -Coordinating with hiring vendors who help in hiring needs and share feedback on different profiles. -Collecting candidate's interview feedback post the interview to take next steps in recruitment. -Working on sending feedback to the rejected candidates.
