I have seldom met a marketing leader such as Carl, and I feel incredibly privileged to have worked under his guidance and leadership. He is generous with his knowledge as a mentor and always inspired me with his passion for consumer-first thinking and the rigor he brings to his marketing approach. It was a pleasure working with Carl at Jaipur. He had a very analytical mindset when it came to marketing strategy and it really was a breath of fresh air. He was also very open to suggestions from the team and quick to make decisions so that we could see results and action on them right away.
