I have worked with Gus for over two years. He is a thoughtful commercial analyst and a highly respected and sought-after people leader. Gus has skillfully led the commercial relationship with one of our large alliance partners, and had consistently contributed to the commercial and cultural success of Air New Zealand. Thanks Gus!

I have come across few people managers who stand out as much as Gus, and consider myself lucky to have worked for him for nearly two years at Air New Zealand. From day one of working for him, his willingness to allow his team to work to their personal and professional strengths while providing support and guidance when needed to meet targets or objectives really impressed me. I really appreciated Gus’ support with development and was empowered to take initiative with projects which ultimately led to me being promoted out of his team, although I would jump at the chance to work for him again.
