During his time as an intern, Brian showed he is an amazing team player willing to roll up his sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done. He's quick-witted, strategic and very personable - all amazing traits, especially for an intern in such an intense and competitive program. He's got a very bright career ahead of him.

Kahla Witkowski

During Brian's internship at Zimmerman, he stood out as someone who was willing to take on responsibility and work exceptionally well with his team members. He showed great dedication to not just getting the tasks/project done, but also learning as much as he could about each discipline he was exposed to throughout the program.

**Recipient of the "We Choose Excellence" award** My primary focus involved managing the College of Business' Online Learning Studio and One Button Studio through full-scale audio/visual production, course design & support, and academic technology training and assistance for faculty and doctoral students. - Managed the creation, production, and storage of almost all multi-media content produced for the college. Facilitated through two in-house production studios utilizing green screen, virtual set, and live key technology. Content produced includes faculty lectures, guest speakers, and live events used for both educational and promotional purposes. Hardware and software used: Newtek TriCaster Mini, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, ProTools, Izotope RX6, live tracking cameras, Presonus audio consoles, screen capture software, etc. - Worked directly with faculty in developing, building, and supporting on-campus and online courses offered by the college. Upon analyzing content, goals, objectives, and informational architecture, I worked directly with faculty to train them on ideal methods of delivery and build course sites that were fully ADA compliant. This allows for a more constructive and engaging user experience for students. Additional experience with large content and data migration from the Blackboard to Canvas learning management system. - Provided technical and operational support with tools used for online instruction (such as GoToMeeting) as well as in-classroom equipment (Kaltura). In addition, I produced training materials for faculty, doctoral students, and new hires within our department while working with these individuals one-on-one to address questions and/or difficulties. Tutorials and training materials were maintained and updated on a regular basis as needed.

The Better Butter Mill: A company founded upon providing truly natural nut butters produced fresh every week and healthier than those currently available in the local market. We've sold over 500 jars, gathered valuable market research while tabling and speaking with prospective and current customers at the Downtown Tallahassee Farmers market on Saturday's, and have been successful in acquiring customers through word-of-mouth marketing. Visit our website for more information: http://betterbuttermill.com Refreshing Teas: A company founded upon healthy, custom tea beverages free from harmful additives that a majority of teas purchased at traditional supermarkets are treated with. We began with ready-to-drink tea beverages that where designed to compete in the unhealthy bubble tea industry, sold hundreds in the local market, and then moved into the dry tea business to eliminate logistical issues and cater more closely towards our target demographic. We are currently in the process of re-building our website. Feel free to check back for more information: http://refreshingteas.com Primetone Studios: Taking on many clients over the years, we have operated as a full service, freelance audio/visual production company catering to musicians, clubs, organizations, businesses, and special events. As a musician myself, I decided to take my passion and turn it into something that could generate a return while providing affordable services to clients locally. Visit our website for more information: http://primetonestudios.com Snow Cones: As a freelance business owner throughout college, I opened up a snow cone business to generate extra profit on the side. I was strategic in acquiring well-made equipment that was well below the cost of traditional equipment for this type of business and have negotiated deals with local apartment complexes throughout the Tallahassee, FL area. I have successfully sold hundreds of these delicacies at numerous events.
