As a designer, Kevin was very innovative with meaningful input that often was incorporated into new product design. Without any prior experience working with leather, Kevin was a quick learner on the various pieces of specialty equipment on our production floor. He also adeptly developed the needed skills unique to and the often challenging nuances of leather pattern and construction methods. On one particular bespoke project, Kevin took a lead role from ideation-to-execution with excellence, ultimately succeeding in client satisfaction with the final product. I can specifically recall two moments when Kevin went above and beyond to achieve a high-standard of success. Kevin executed a guerrilla marketing stunt to raise awareness for Syracuse's Red Bull Chariot Race. For the other biggest moment at Syracuse, spring festival MayFest, Kevin placed a Red Bull cooler backstage for the main headliner, 2 chains. I am thrilled that I can share memories like these with Kevin and know that he will have a long and successful career.
