Ms Mehta is an exceptional STEM educator and valued member of the STEM community. She has a unique ability to distill the most complex concepts in ways where students "get the concept and it stays with them". I have first hand account of how she motivates, inspires and supports her students. As Canada looks to bridge the gap in STEM based skills and knowledge, educators such as Ms Mehta become increasingly valued and important.

Niki is a hard-working and kind educator who I have had the pleasure of working with for many years in both middle and upper school environments. She seamlessly integrates technology into her lessons to enhance learning experiences for her students and they love it. Her knowledge and experience with STEM is especially strong and she gets the best out of her students as she is keen to innovate and explore new ideas. I look forward to our future collaborations in either F2F or digital environments (Most likely both!)
