Wargaming signed a deal with Melsoft in 2015 and in the next few years we've relaunched the Toy Defense game series, released My Cafe (the best restaurant business simulator on the market), and brought out our biggest hit Family Island (farming with expeditions). The company has been constantly growing in terms of revenue and gaming audience. As a result, in 2020, Melsoft was sold to an Israeli strategic investor. In 2010, Wargaming was unable to find a publisher for World of Tanks. It's difficult to believe, but it's true. Nobody expected an online tank game to be popular, so the company asked me to create their own game publisher. Over the next few years I built online-game publishing functions like Support, Dev-ops, Payments, Bizdev, Marketing. I led the distributed global publishing team of more than 2000 people with offices in Nicosia, Minsk, Paris, San Francisco, Singapore, Seoul, and Tokyo. I was also in charge of developing the company's global strategy for developing and distributing games across major platforms (pc, console, and mobile) Show less

I was responsible for many aspects of product and service development, but primarily project management. I successfully certified the Quality Management System and brought the company's processes into compliance with ISO 9001, which was critical for lead generation.
