I was so impressed with Kallie when I worked along side her as my client (at Target), that I recruited her to be a part of my own agency team. Kallie is smart, professional, strategic, effective, and most of all, sincerely kind. Kallie takes pride in her work, and has great attention to detail. Kallie knows how to read her audience, and how to drive a project forward. Kallie was impacted by a layoff that was out of her control, as her position was eliminated due to client-spend fluctuations. She was a valuable member of Periscope and was on track to achieve great things! Kallie's communication style is a top strength. She reads her audience well, and adapts her message to ensure it is clear and succinct and appropriate for each receiver. Kallie's positivity plays out in her relationships, as well as whenever she approaches a new challenge or project. Kallie also maximizes her resources in a very strategic way, as she is great at recognizing other people’s strengths and developing them further in order to pull the most impactful actions out of her fellow team-members. All in all - any company will be lucky to snag her as a contributor to their success!

We interviewed what felt like hundreds of candidates before meeting Kallie and once we she arrived, we knew she was the solution. She has… it. I believe she's a rising star in the retail and packaging world, certainly one to watch in the future. Kallie wins people over with her kindness and then wows them with her smarts. She’s a quick study, too, insanely quick — asks one or two sharp questions and goes to work. Plus, she’s a talented writer with the ability to communicate and sell her ideas. And, she’s got a great heart. You’ll be glad you've met her.
