  Spent a month at a molecular/cell biology lab to shadow a PhD student investigating the role of the ANXA1 protein in mitosis and how oriented cell divisions in mammary epithelium are defected in breast cancer cells. Acquired knowledge of different standard lab techniques such as tissue culture, mini/maxi preps, gel electrophoresis, Western blots and immunofluorescence.
