Linda is amazing. She and I studied together at Harvard under great pressure. The more difficult the coursework became, the more Linda would shine. She stepped up and offered her significant leadership skills to organize a cohort of busy journalists to collaborate on some of the program's content. Linda was incredibly efficient, good-natured, persistent, and held all of us to a high standard. I would not have made it through the class if not for Linda's outstanding communication, leadership and organization. She brings kindness, order and professionalism to her work-- what a breath of fresh air!

Linda and I have been in Harvard Extension classes together. She always added amazing insight to the class conversations and I would muse that she could easily teach graduate school courses herself. She has an amazing mind, is extremely well-spoken and an excellent writer- a triple threat.

I hired and trained Linda to become a member of Visually's fast-growing team of data journalists and was immediately impressed by her all-around superior skills as a journalist, writer and communicator. As a data journalist with Visually, Linda works directly with clients and collaborates with designers to "tell stories with data" -- most often through infographics. I can say - without exaggerating in the least - that Linda's work is among the best I've seen. She is creative when it comes to generating ideas, incredibly detailed when it comes to research, and a fast learner who is able to dive into any topic and produce outstanding results. But most important is Linda's integrity when it comes to finding the right data to tell a story. She is kind and handles even the trickiest situations with poise and tact. Linda would be an asset to any newsroom or content marketing team.

In this volunteer role to compliment my full-time work at Harvard Extension School, I collaborated with the Senior Associate Dean of Student Affairs at Harvard, faculty, and the other domestic and International HES ambassadors to help build our student communities. My service included planning and hosting events for students, primarily in the Southwest United States. The events provided opportunities for students to connect with the larger Harvard community, broaden their student experiences, socialize and network. Show less

One of the best years of my life! I took my reading and writing expertise and applied it to helping a dozen kids with learning disabilities at this academic intensive, college prep school -- ranked as one of the best charter high schools in Utah. One of the richest moments of my life was seeing the struggling senior on my case load walk through commencements. Also, the staff at City Academy -- all of them, are some of the finest, most passionate and dedicated people you will ever find on this planet. They wrote the book on team work. Show less
