Our future strategy is to transform from a traditional automotive maker to an electromobility leader. The overarching purpose of regaining Volvo Cars' rightful place in the Americas is evolving as we aim to become the fastest transformer of the premium automotive industry. Optimizing internal resources to focus on high-value-tasks to deliver on bold 2030 commitments- Orchestrating industry-disrupting partnerships, subscriptions, and sustainability-oriented projects (Starbucks, Google, Einride, etc.)- Providing continuous performance management of work-stream leaders, consultancy agencies (McKinsey, Capgemini, KPMG, and EY), and initiative owners on successfully executing the transformation- Identifying and executing high-impact changes across the organization, including culture, team effectiveness, change management, product transformation, organizational design, and technical excellence- Creating alignment and promoting collaboration amongst disparate groups such as global HQ in Gothenburg (SE), internal stakeholders, retail partners, suppliers, subsidiaries, and financial institutions- Complementing institutional knowledge with industry best practices to lead meaningful organizational change.
