  I filmed and edited a twenty-minute experimental documentary about the industrialisation of cheesemaking, portraying the interrelation between the animal, the worker, and the machine.Spending considerable effort in the research process, I reached out to Mifroma SA, one of the leading producers of Gruyère cheese, and shot the documentary in their workplace.
